Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of To Do Focused (the Chrome extension and the todofocused.com website). By installing the extension or creating an account, you agree to them. We tried to keep them short and human.

You must be at least 13 years old to use To Do Focused. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian agrees on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

• Sign-in: we use Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• Your content: tasks, notes, projects and preferences belong to you. We host them only to provide the service.
• One account: do not create multiple accounts to bypass free-tier limits.

Do not use To Do Focused to violate the law, harass people, or distribute malware. The blocker is a personal focus tool — do not use it to interfere with someone else's browsing without consent.

• Free tier: core features are free forever. Some quotas (e.g., data retention) apply.
• Premium: billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from the Billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: if you are unhappy in the first 14 days, email hello@todofocused.com — we will refund without questions.

We do our best to keep the service available, but we offer it as-is. We may change features, pause the service for maintenance, or sunset experiments with notice.

You can delete your account anytime from the My Account section. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with a chance to appeal at hello@todofocused.com.

To Do Focused is a productivity aid, not medical or therapeutic advice. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We will post material changes here with a new last-updated date and, when possible, notify you in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be handled in the courts of São Paulo, unless local consumer law gives you a different forum.
